Why do they make canisters the wrong size? You know, the set with a Flour, Sugar, Coffee, and Tea jar that goes on your counter (assuming you have space). The flour canister will not hold a 5 lb bag of flour, the sugar one will not hold a bag of sugar, etc. If you shift everything up one size, it works, but then you have to find something to put the flour in, and you have to find a use for the tea canister. Why can't they just make them the right size to begin with? It also doesn't help that we have 5 different kinds of flour (AP, bread, cake, cornmeal, and whole wheat), 4 kinds of sugar (white, brown, powdered, Splenda), and 7 varieties of tea, which are all in teabags in boxes and don't really need a canister.
