Got a message this morning informing me that my appointment would be ending 30 June 2008, and that they had no paperwork for a reappointment. I know (because I had to sign off on it) that my supervisor had filed that paperwork months ago.
As it turns out, they did have the paperwork. It had just been mis-filed. Everything's on track for the reappointment. That's good, because I don't need my health benefits to stop when my wife is 37 weeks along. I'm still hoping APL comes up with the money to hire me, but this gives me another year of breathing room. And I haven't said "no" to DLR yet, but I need to make a decision on that soon.
