Yes, it finally came in. It's blue. And the imbecile delivery driver drove under something too low and scratched it. It's going to be fixed at their expense and our convenience. It's honestly not something I'd notice if I didn't know about it. They're also paying for the rental car I had to get. Toyota was really great and did everything they could for us. The shipping company (Champion, I believe) should never be used. So Kate drove the Prius, and I got in the old Kia.

And what's the first thing I did? Why back into a used car on the lot, of course. What the hell is wrong with me? No damage, I just scuffed the paint on the bumper. Still, when did I forget how to drive? Granted, I'm not the best driver in the world, but this is beyond even my usual incompetency. The used car manager said the bumper would need to be repainted, but also said not to worry about it. He just let me off the hook, because we just bought the Prius. I think he was under the impression that we bought the Prius from them, rather than just picking it up there, but we decided not to correct him.

I've just burned any good karma I may have built up lately. I no longer have the right to be mad at the Champion driver. I don't even have the right to be irritated that Lifesavers has replaced the classic Lemon and Lime flavors with frelling Watermelon and Raspberry. Could have happened years ago, I haven't bought Lifesavers in years. Somebody please put me in a straightjacket and lock me in a padded cell before I do any more damage.
