Grr. Arrgh. I yelled at someone over the phone today. Someone who deserved it, but there's a problem. Without going into the details, I came across as threatening rather than just rude. I don't think I actually scared her, but I still wish I hadn't done that. That wasn't cool. Also, it's rare that I work up the rage to go off on someone, and I wasted it on that. Nothing I can do now, but stew about it. Grr. Arrgh.
